Week
1
  • Meet with client stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the role itself, its mandate, organizational structure, culture, and business strategy of the client enterprise.
  • Develop the "Search Profile "which reflects the key selection criteria for the opportunity under recruitment.
  • Develop a customized recruitment strategy specific to the assignment.
Weeks
2-3
  • Conduct detailed, new market research, and candidate identification.
  • Network within the target market to identify individuals who have the skill set, credentials, experience, and personal attributes necessary to meet the defined requirements of a given role.
  • Prepare candidate long-list portfolio – including resume, compensation details (current and expectations), and motivation for interest in the opportunity.
Week
4
  • Present our list of preferred, pre-qualified candidates and determine the final short-list roster through collaborative discussion with our client.
  • Provide client with current analysis of the candidate community and market conditions including candidate feedback and findings, such as candidate perception about the client organization and real-time compensation comparatives.
Week
5
  • Undertake personal, detailed interviews with short-list candidates and prepare written narratives for each candidate.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the client interviews, and debrief with each party.
Weeks
6-8
  • In consultation with the client, determine the finalist candidate(s), perform detailed reference checks, and provide written reference report.
  • In collaboration with the client, develop an appropriate offer package for the selected candidate and work through the offer negotiation process.
  • Finalize acceptance of offer with the client and candidate.
